Payment
How long until my access is active?
A submitted receipt awaits manual review. Premium starts after payment is verified and access is granted. The app can then refresh access.
What happens if my payment is rejected?
A rejected receipt does not activate Premium. Your account, review schedules and learning history are preserved.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Premium content closes when access expires. Your Free content, review schedules and learning history remain available.
Is my receipt kept?
Receipts remain in private storage and the review mailbox until the owner manually deletes them. There is no automatic deletion.
The product
Is this a complete German course?
No, and it is not meant to be. It is a study companion: it makes you retain and practise what you meet elsewhere — in class, in a textbook, in videos. If you want to learn German from an app alone, this is not the right tool.
Do I need a class or a textbook?
Not strictly, but the app is at its best alongside one. It is built to complete something, not to replace it.
Which levels are available?
A1 today: the vocabulary and the grammar. A2 and B1 appear in the structure of the path, but their content does not exist yet and is not being sold to you.
Do I need to be online?
A connection is needed for syncing, audio and AI support.
Content and data
Is the content AI-generated?
Canonical Content is not available yet. Before publication, EverWord will independently author, verify and approve exact revisions. Any unresolved provenance or licence question blocks publication.
What do you keep about me?
Your account, your preferences, your review schedules and the history of your answers — what is needed for spaced repetition to work across devices. Usage measurements are aggregated and do not follow a person from one session to the next.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your learning data and settings are deleted. Payment records — the receipt and your name — are kept as internal financial documents.
